Steps to activate Do Not Disturb Mode From Quick Settings
- To open the Quick settings panel, put your finger at the top of the Galaxy S10/S10+ screen and drag it down.
- Find the icon that says “Do not disturb” and tap it.

- Open your phone’s settings.
- Tap the option for Notifications.
- Choose Do not disturb.

How to make exceptions to the “Do Not Disturb” setting
When you turn on the “Do not disturb” mode, all phone calls, messages, alerts, and notifications will be muted by default. When you turn on the mode, you can choose to get certain alerts. In Settings, you can make exceptions.
- Go to the Settings page. The App screen or the Quick settings panel can be used to get to Settings. Tap the Do not disturb icon on the Quick settings panel until the Settings menu appears.

How To Set A Schedule On Do Not Disturb Mode
You might forget to turn off the feature sometimes and miss a lot of notifications. Not to worry, you can make a plan. You can set it to go off in one hour, at bedtime, every day, or just on weekends. So, it will turn off and on automatically for you.
- Tap Add schedule on the Do not disturb page. You can get to this page by going to Settings > Notifications > Do not disturb.
- Tap the plus sign (Add) and set up the schedule.
